Welcome to this weeks Irregular Update which features Chapter Three of the Victorian 2008 Tour Diary; more on that later.
There are also two new Snippets. The first is titled, Corporate Bastardy Lives On. Brian McGuigan's name is at the top of the page of infamous legends in the Riverland, and with good cause. McGuigan Simeon may no longer be called that name, and the man himself is no longer be the CEO, but a leopard does not change its spots just because it changes it name. This Snippet details their latest act of corporate bastardy. The second Snippet is a very short one. Titled "Half of what you read is bull and the other half is ****" is another prime example of a supposed credible organisation that either doesn't know what they are talking about, or have written the questions to get the answers that suit their agenda. It can be found here.
I am still on the bludge looking for a bit of technical help with a couple of minor website problems that need to be fixed, and instillation of software upgrades that will make life easier. If you are a website tech-head wizard and would be prepared to help, it would be very much appreciated.
Chapter Three of the Tour Diary is back to the normal size. Its only just over 20 pages. This Chapter covers our day in the Bendigo Region. Wineries visited include an enlightening visit to Turners Crossing, and a quick trip to Blanche Barkly. Pondalowie was not as good as I had hoped. The wines were OK but..... Connor Park has a good range of value wines. Sandhurst Ridge and Balgownie were also visited. We had fun and games on the way to Chateau Leamon and back. We also had one of the best dinners on any trip; ever! Chapter Three is here.
A few new Tasting Notes have been added, two are certainly worthy of consideration. One of them is from Domenic Torzi.
The News section has been a quiet again over the past two week. Stories of possible interest are:

This weeks quote. "He who loves not wine, women and song remains a fool his
